demand and following the success of the bite-sized management and leadership
courses, the Black
Country Skills Factory has launched a further programme of courses for Autumn/Winter
2016-17.
The programme of
accredited courses reflects the current training needs of Black Country
companies and is suitable for operational leaders within manufacturing
companies.
Course topics
include: Material Planning & Production Control, Lean, Communication Skills
and Developing & Coaching Staff, and will all be held at a manufacturing
business in the Black Country enabling delegates to benchmark and learn from
the host company.
