Due to continuing demand and following the success of the bite sized management and leadership courses launched in 2015, the Black Country Skills Factory has launched a further programme of courses for Spring/Summer 2016.
The programme of courses reflects the current training needs of Black Country companies and is suitable for operational leaders within manufacturing companies.
Course topics include: Management of Production Efficiency, Lean, Control of quality in the Workplace and Problem Solving and Decision Making and will all be held at a manufacturing business in the Black Country.
